Tradum acts as a technology provider and community space only.
No Investment Advice or Licensing
Tradum does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or trading signals.
All content and trading strategies are user-generated. Tradum does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of such content.
We are not licensed by any financial authority at this MVP stage. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence.
User Responsibilities
By using Tradum, you agree that:
You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You will provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for the security of your accounts.
You will not use Tradum for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities, including market manipulation or misleading performance claims.
User-Generated Content
All trading performance data, posts, signals, and comments are created by users.
Tradum is not responsible for monitoring or verifying the accuracy of such information.
Users grant Tradum a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and share their posted content within the platform.
We may remove any content that violates our community standards or these Terms.
Risk Disclosure
